These are 4 weekly recordings of the meditations that correspond with the book, "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself," by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
You will receive an email with a link to a YouTube playlist that contains each weekly recording. Simply play the week 1 recording to get started! When you're ready to add on each subsequent recording, the playlist will automatically play the next recording for you.
Listen to the week 1 meditation every day for at least a week before adding on the week 2 meditation.
Listen to the weeks 1 and 2 meditations every day for at least a week before adding on the week 3 meditation. Note: For the week 2 meditation, choose an emotion you want to unmemorize (insecurity, anger, shame, anxiety, regret, unworthiness, lack, etc.). You will be recognizing, admitting, declaring, and surrendering that emotion.
Listen to the weeks 1-3 meditations every day for at least a week before adding on the week 4 meditation. Note: For the week 3 meditation, you will be observing, reminding and redirecting your thoughts, behaviors, and habits that cause you to return to your old self.
Listen to the weeks 1-4 meditations every day for at least a week. Note: For the week 4 meditation, you will be creating and rehearsing your new way of living.
You will listen to the meditations daily for 4 weeks for each emotion you want to unmemorize. You can repeat them as often as you would like to unmemorize emotions and create your new future.
It is important to work with one emotion at a time. After you complete the four weeks with the emotion that is the biggest part of who you are that you want to unmemorize, choose the next emotion to work with for the next four weeks. You will find that once your body and mind have unmemorized one emotion, it will be easier for you to unmemorize other emotions.
